This policy applies to anyone who visits thetruenorthstrategy.com, registers for the free workshop, purchases a product, or inquires about an engagement. It is operated by The True North Strategy Advisors LLC.

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

- Name and email address when you register for the free workshop or join an email list

- Name, email, organization, and role when you submit an engagement inquiry

- Payment information when you purchase a product (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)

- Responses to the Execution Index Diagnostic assessment

- Any information you voluntarily provide in forms or direct correspondence

We also collect basic usage data automatically through analytics tools, including pages visited, time on site, and general location data. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

- Deliver the product or service you purchased or registered for

- Send you content you have opted into, including email sequences related to your registration or purchase

- Respond to inquiries and evaluate engagement fit

- Improve the website and products based on aggregate usage data

Email Communication

When you register for the free workshop or purchase a product, you will receive emails related to that registration or purchase. These may include pre-work, course content, follow-up sequences, and relevant offers from True North Strategy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Transactional emails related to an active purchase or engagement cannot be unsubscribed from while the transaction is active.

Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools to deliver our services, including email automation, course hosting, payment processing, webinar delivery, and website analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf. We do not grant these providers permission to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering our services.

Current service providers include ActiveCampaign (email automation), EasyWebinar (webinar delivery), Course Creator 360 (course hosting), and ScoreApp (diagnostic delivery). Payment processing is handled by the respective provider's secure checkout.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the service you enrolled in and to comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us directly and we will address your request in accordance with applicable law.

Who We Are

True North Strategy is operated by The True North Strategy Advisors LLC, a limited liability company. When these terms say "True North Strategy," "we," "us," or "our," we mean The True North Strategy Advisors LLC and the team delivering services under that entity.

By using this website, purchasing any product, or engaging any service, you agree to these terms.

Products and Digital Goods

True North Strategy offers digital products including the Execution Index Diagnostic, the True North Foundations Course, archetype-specific course modules, and the book Finding True North. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to any digital product you have purchased.

Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or providing access to others is a violation of these terms.

Consulting and Advisory Engagements

The 90-Day Operational Reset, Operational Clarity Advisory, and Execution Bootcamp engagements are governed by a separate engagement agreement provided at the time of enrollment. These terms apply in addition to that agreement. In the event of a conflict, the engagement agreement controls.

True North Strategy reserves the right to decline any engagement inquiry at its sole discretion. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or obligation on either party.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Execution Index, TRUE framework, archetype profiles, course materials, written content, and diagnostic instruments, is the intellectual property of The True North Strategy Advisors LLC. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any True North Strategy content without written permission.

Purchasing a product or engaging a service grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use that content for your own organizational purposes. It does not grant any right to resell, teach, or license the content to others.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and current. However, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any content. Organizational outcomes described on this site reflect specific situations and are not guarantees of results for any other organization.
