We want every True North Strategy purchase to deliver value. If something is not working as expected, contact us. Most issues can be resolved directly.
Execution Index Diagnostic
30-day refund window
Digital delivery, immediate access
The Execution Index Diagnostic is delivered digitally upon purchase. Because your archetype report is generated and delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once the diagnostic has been completed and the report delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your report, contact us and we will resolve it.
If you do not complete the assessment portion, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Execution Blueprint & TRUE Recovery Sequence Courses
7-day refund window
Full refund within 7 days if less than 20% of course content accessed
If you purchase the True North Foundations Course and decide within 7 days that it is not the right fit, we will issue a full refund provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
No refund after 7 days or 20% access
After the refund window closes
Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase or once more than 20% of course content has been accessed, whichever comes first. This policy exists because significant course content is delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
TRUE Self Repair
No refunds
Digital delivery, immediate access
Because the TRUE Self Repair templates are delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once the material has been accessed.

Execution Bootcamps
Refund before cohort start date
Full refund if requested before the cohort begins
If you need to withdraw from a bootcamp cohort, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After that date, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same type, subject to availability. Contact us at [email protected] to request a transfer or refund.
90-Day Operational Reset and Advisory Engagement

Refund terms are set in the signed engagement agreement
Consulting and advisory engagements are governed by a separate engagement agreement signed prior to work beginning. Refund terms, cancellation provisions, and payment schedules are detailed in that agreement. If you have questions about your engagement terms, contact us directly.
The Book: Uncovering True North

Book purchases are subject to Amazon's return policy
Physical and digital copies of Uncovering True North are sold through Amazon KDP and are subject to Amazon's standard return and refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly for book purchases. Contact Amazon customer service for book returns.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase, forward [email protected] with your name, the product purchased, your order confirmation, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
